Plugins

This plugin adds blog behavior to your website and also provides an administrative interface for you to setup tags, manage comments and administer categories, and articles.

The Blog plugin supports linear categories meaning you are not able to create a category hierarchy.  This may seem limiting but when combined with tags, the simplicity becomes an advantage. Articles ( posts ) can have one or more tags associated with them.  You can think of tags as another layer to categories but decoupled meaning they are a group but not associated with a category. Tags can also be filtered by visitors and adds another level of filtration.

Note: Tags are global and shared between posts.

The blog plugin also has several configuration options including the choice of tracking views, allowing comments to be posted and more.  Read the documentation to get a full list of options.

The blog plugin also comes with pre-defined template API endpoints that can be added to import additional data.  This will require knowledge of the Fliddos' Maple Engine, read the documentation to get a full list of template API's.
